After the Successful Merger, 4.29 Crore Unit Shares of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance (PMLI) Listed in NEPSE For Trading

4,29,60,000 shares of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited (PMLI) after a successful merger between Prabhu Life Insurance Limited (PLI) and Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Company Limited have been listed in NEPSE.

This significant development, approved by the authorities and in accordance with the Securities Listing Regulations of 2075, entails a total of 4,29,60,000 shares to be transacted on this Stock Exchange Limited from tomorrow onwards. 

PLI and Mahalaxmi Life Insurance had signed the merger agreement with each other on 29th Ashad, 2080. The company had signed a merger deal at a swap ratio of 1:1. PLI's total listed shares were 21,960,000 units, and that of Mahalaxmi was 21,000,000 units making it a total of 42,960,000 unit shares after the merger.
