Agriculture Development Bank has appointed NIBL Ace Capital as issue manager to float its Rs 6 Arba worth agriculture debenture units having a maturity period of seven years.
The agreement was signed between the Chief Finance Officer of the bank Mr. Yagya Prakash Neupane and Deputy MD of NIBL Ace Capital Mr. Sachindra Dhungana on Ashad 14, 2078, as per the media statement.
