Ajod Insurance (AIL) Calls SGM on Mangsir 09; What are the Agendas?

Ajod Insurance Limited (AIL) has called its Special General Meeting (SGM) on 9th Mangsir, 2079. The meeting will be held in Lainchaur Banquet, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.
These are the agendas of the SGM:
1) To identify and select suitable non-life insurance company for the purpose of merger and acquisition to increase the company's capital.
2) To appoint appraisers and accountants to evaluate the company's assets and liabilities.
3) To convert promoter to public shareholding ratio from 70:20 to 51:49.
4) Misc.
Mangsir 02 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend this SGM.
