Ajod Insurance concludes SGM endorsing merger with United Insurance; new entity to be known as United Ajod Insurance Company

Ajod Insurance has concluded its SGM under the leadership of its chairman on Baisakh 25, 2080 unanimously endorsing the merger agreement with United Insurance Company Nepal.
The SGM has also endorsed the decision to rename the company as United Ajod Insurance Company which will be formed after a merger between two institutions in a share swap ratio of 82.50: 100, as per the media statement.
The SGM has also provided full authority to the board of directors to adjust the positions in company’s board following the merger and till the new AGM, as per the media statement.
