Allotment Complete : "8.5%, 7 years, Nepal Investment Bank Bond 2084"

The issue manager has allotted the "8.5%, 7 years, Nepal Investment Bank Bond 2084" to applicants.

The issue of "8.5%, 7 years, Nepal Investment Bank Bond 2084" was open from Magh 16. Although the early closing date of the issue was on Magh 20, the issue was not fully subscribed by then. Thus, the deadline had been extended to Magh 30, 2077.

Nepal Investment Bank's debenture with a maturity period of seven years was approved by SEBON on Mangsir 18. The debenture titled "8.5%, 7 years, Nepal Investment Bank Bond 2084" has a coupon rate of 8.5%. The coupon rate is simply the annual payment made by the issuer of the bond to the investors.

A total of 40 lakh units are registered. 16 lakh units have been allotted to the public on Falgun 01 and 24 lakh units are subscribed via private placement. Note that any quantity unsubscribed by the public is subscribed via private placement for a bond/ debenture. Rs. 1000 is the par value. Applicants can check their allotment status via Meroshare.
