Alpha Capital Limited Partners with NMB Capital Limited for Upcoming IPO

Alpha Capital Limited, an investment firm focusing on contrarian value investing with high-growth potential, has partnered with NMB Capital Limited, a prominent merchant bank in Nepal, to facilitate the public issuance of its shares.

Alpha Capital plans to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of its ordinary shares and has appointed NMB Capital as its issue manager.

The partnership was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding signed by Ajay Kumar Shrestha, Managing Director of Alpha Capital, and Deepesh Kumar Vaidya, CEO of NMB Capital.

Both executives expressed optimism about the collaboration, highlighting NMB Capital’s expertise in managing public offerings as a key factor in ensuring a successful IPO.
