Api Power Company (API) Unveils Book Closure Date for 40% Rights Offering

Api Power Company Limited (API) has unveiled the book closure date for its 40% right shares on Ashad 22, 2080. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that are eligible for the rights offering.
The hydropower company will be issuing 40% right shares worth Rs. 1.65 Arba through the issue of 1,65,33,137 units of right shares to its existing shareholders. The current paid-up capital is at Rs. 4.13 Arba which will increase to Rs. 5.78 Arba after the proposed issue.
As of writing, API has an LTP of Rs. 253.50.
