Arun Kabeli Power Limited (AKPL) has proposed a 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 02, 2079 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.85 Arba. 10% bonus shares worth Rs 18.55 crores (excluding tax) have been proposed for FY 2078/79. The cash dividend will be for tax purposes only.
The dividend will be distributed only after endorsement by the company's upcoming 12th AGM.
As of writing, AKPL has an LTP of Rs. 403.50.
