Asha Laghubitta Auctioning 130,000 Promoter Shares from Ashwin 7
The existing promotes of Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ALBSL) is auctioning the company's promoter shares.
1,30,000 unit promoter shares of ALBSL will be auctioned. Earlier the same shares were opened for the existing promoters for 35 days time period from 28th Sharwan onwards, however due to less demand now it is opened for the general public/ institutions as well. The investors should submit their bids at the Central office of the company located in Banepa within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 7th Ashwin. Rs. 370 is the minimum bid rate for this auction.
As of writing, ALBSL has an LTP of Rs. 709.
