Auction of Promoter Shares of NIC Asia Laghubitta (NICLBSL) Closing Today

Prudential Capital Management Company Private Limited is closing the auction of promoter shares of NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NICLBSL) today.

The company has been auctioning 50,000 units promoter shares from 18th Jestha and will conlcude today i.e 25th Jestha as per the notice. The general public, companies, and institutions are all eligible to bid in the auction. Rs. 425 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. While the minimum bid quantity is 25,000 units, there is no upper limit for both shares. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.

As of writing, the company has an LTP of Rs. 863.
