Auction Open: 1,04,000 promoter shares of National Microfinance (NMFBS)
National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) is auctioning 1,04,000 units promoter shares from today, i.e. Mangsir 17.
The auction will be open from 17th Mangsir to 1st Poush, 2077. The auction is open for existing promoters, the general public, and institutions. The minimum bid quantity is 1,000 units. While bidders can bid for the entirety of shares in each auction, any quantity in between should be a multiple of 500. The minimum bid rate is Rs. 725 for the promoter shares.
Meanwhile, the ordinary shares of National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) have the last-day closing price of Rs. 1,900.
