Auction Opening Day of Deprosc Laghubitta 1,28,812 Unit Promoter Shares

Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (DDBL) is auctioning its 1,28,812 promoter share to the general public. The auction opens today i.e 16th Ashad and will conclude on 23rd Ashad, 2079.

1,28,812 unit promoter shares are being auctioned. The general public, companies, and institutions are all eligible to bid in the auction. Rs. 508 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. While the minimum bid quantity is 100 units, there is no upper limit. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.

NIBL Ace Capital Limited is appointed as the auction manager. The bid form can be received from and submitted to NIBL Ace Capital. Bids will open on Ashad 24 at the premises of the auction manager, Lazimpat, Kathmandu, starting at 10 am.
