Balephi Hydropower Limited Announced Allocation of Right Shares to Shareholder Accounts

Balephi Hydropower Limited (BHL) has announced the successful subscription of rights shares to its shareholders.
According to the company's notice, rights shares were issued in a 1:1 ratio, meaning one new share was allotted for every existing share registered in the shareholder account until the day before 21st Kartik 2081.
The company informed that these rights shares have been listed and registered with the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) and CDS and Clearing Ltd. and are now available for trading in dematerialized form.
