Balephi Hydropower Limited Closing Auction of 6,76,191 Units of Promoter Shares And 5,08,892 Units of Ordinary Right Shares from Today

Balephi Hydropower Limited (BHL) is closing the auction of 6,76,191 units of promoter shares and 5,08,892 units of ordinary right shares to the general public from today, i.e., on the 19th Falgun, 2081. The auction opened on the 5th Falgun.

Of the total rights shares issued, 1,64,81,044 units (90.17%) were subscribed by eligible shareholders, while 9.83% remained unclaimed. As a result, these 6,76,191 promoter shares and 5,08,892 ordinary right shares are being auctioned to the general public and will close today.

This auction includes the unclaimed portion of the rights issuance. BHL had originally offered a 1:1 rights share issuance to its shareholders from 27th Mangsir to 17th Poush, 2081.

Both individuals and institutions are eligible to participate in the bidding process.

NIMB Ace Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for this auction. The minimum bid rate is Rs. 100 per share, and the minimum bid quantity is 100 units for ordinary right shares. While bidders may place bids for all available shares, they must comply with regulatory limits on the maximum allowable share quantity per entity.
