Bandipur to Host Grand "Teej Week Festival" from Bhadra 16 to 23

In Bandipur, renowned as the Queen of the Hills, the "Teej Week Festival" will take place from the 16th to the 23rd Bhadra.

The week-long event will feature a "Big Open Teej Song Contest," Teej Cultural Concert, and Teej Mahima Sermon, along with the introduction of local religious sites like Siddeshwar Mahadev and Khadgadevi Temple.

Aiming to attract over 10,000 cultural tourists, the festival is organized by the Bandipur Teej Utsav committee with Chandra Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd. as the main sponsor and Design Station Private Limited as the co-sponsor.

The festivities will be held at the historic Mankhad Devi Mandir, featuring a Teej song competition with cash prizes totaling Rs 1 lakh 1 thousand for the winner. Bandipur Cable Car will also offer special discounts to cultural tourists during this period.
