Bank of Kathmandu appoints NIBL Ace Capital as issue manager to float its 11 lakh unit BoK Debentures 2086 Ka; to provide 10.50% interest yield for 7 years

Bank of Kathmandu has appointed NIBL Ace Capital as the issue manager for the issuance of its 11 lakh unit BoK Debenture 2086 Ka to the investors.
The debenture program will have a 10.50% interest yield for the seven years, as per the media statement.
The MoU was inked between the CEO of the bank Mr. Shrawan Lal Maskay and Deputy GM of the merchant banker Mr. Sachindra Dhungana amid a program, as per the media statement.
Bank of Kathmandu currently has 99 branches, 87 ATM outlets, and 10 extension counters under its network, as per the media statement.
