Barahi Sedi appoints NMB Capital as issue manager to float its 11.60 lakh unit ordinary shares

Barahi Sedi has appointed NMB Capital as the issue manager for the issuance of its 11.60 lakh unit ordinary shares to the public investors.

The MoU was signed between CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Dipesh Kumar Vaidya and MD of the hotel Mr.  Biplab Paudel amid a program, as per the media statement.

The hotel that is currently being constructed is located in Lakeside of Pokhara with the rating as a 5 star hotel with 150 rooms, 11 service Houses and many other amenities that will come online in 2025, as per the media statement.
