Barun Hydropower Calls AGM on Falgun 28, What are the Agendas?

Barun Hydropower Company Limited has called its 19th AGM on 28th Falgun, 2079. The meeting will be held in Union House, Anamnagar, Kathmandu, starting at 10 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorse the annual report of the fiscal year 2078/79.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
4) Approve the decisions made by the Board of Directors in FY 2078/79.
5) Elect 4 directors from the promoter shareholding group and 2 from the public shareholding group.
6) Misc.

Falgun 15 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM.
