Best Finance Company Calls AGM on Kartik 14 With These Agendas; When's the Book Closure?

Best Finance Company Limited (BFC) has called its 27th AGM on 14th Kartik, 2081. The meeting will be held in Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, starting at 11 AM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
4) To approve the appointment of 2 directors in the vacant post.
5) Provide full authority to the board of directors to oversee various merger/acquisition-related proceedings accordingly if any instructions are received from the regulatory bodies.
