Bhagawati Hydropower Development Company Limited (BGWT) proposes a 14.7368% dividend and has called the 24th AGM on 16th Ashwin, 2081. The AGM will be held in the Arpan Banquet located at Naya Baneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM that day.
