Bhagawati Hydropower Distributed Cash Dividend Directly to Shareholders' Bank Accounts

Bhagawati Hydropower Development Company Limited (BGWT) has distributed a 10.7368% cash dividend directly to bank accounts and urged its shareholders to dematerialize their shares.
The company convened its 24th AGM for the FY 2080/81 on 16th Ashwin, 2081. The company endorsed a 14.7368% dividend for FY 2080/81. The meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 22 has proposed a 10.7368% cash dividend worth Rs. 6.24 Crores for the FY 2080/81. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 57.20 Crores.
Also, the company has urged the shareholders to dematerialize their shares if they haven't updated their bank information in the Demat account and are requested to do so to receive the dividend.
Additionally, if eligible investors had taken a loan against the shares of the company before the book closure date, they should present a No Objection Letter from their lending institution to receive the dividend.
