Bhaktapur Finance share trading from next week; NMB Capital has appointed as RTS

Bhaktapur Finance Company Limited has appointed NMB Capital Limited as its Registrar to the Share (RTS) and has also signed an agreement on Ashad 27, to list its 20,00,000 units Ordinary Shares in NEPSE for trading. The trading will start after one week in the NEPSE. The trading range of the company based on net worth of 2070/71 fiscal year audited report will be Rs 109 to Rs 327 per share.

NMB Capital will be providing various share related transactions such as ownership transfer of shares, signature verification, splitting of shares, dividend distribution, among others, and all other services related to share registration from its office in.

Bhaktapur Finance Company Limited had floated its Initial Public Offering of 7,50,000 unit shares from Baishakh 9,2072.
