Bid Opening Day for Share Auction of AHPC and CIT
The bids received in the auction of 4,35,894 units ordinary right shares of Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited will be opened today, i.e. 21st Ashar, 2078, starting at 11 am.
These are the unclaimed rights shares in the rights offering that concluded on Jestha 02 earlier this year. The auction opened on 9th Ashar and closed on 16th Ashar, 2078.
4,35,894 units of ordinary right shares were auctioned. Individuals, institutions, and companies were all eligible to bid for the auction.
The bids received in the auction of CIT's promoter shares auctioned by Premier Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited will also be opened today. The auction opened on 11th Ashar and closed on 18th Ashar, 2078. Only insurance companies and financial institutions were eligible to bid for the auction.
1,00,000 unit promoter shares of Citizen Investment Trust were auctioned.
