Bill to Amend Investment Facilitation Acts Tabled in HoR

The Bill to Amend Some of Nepal Acts Related to Investment Facilitation, 2081 BS, was tabled during the second meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) today. Originating in the HoR and passed by the National Assembly, the bill was presented in the lower house along with a message from the upper house.

Secretary at the Federal Parliament Secretariat, Suresh Adhikari, presented the bill and the accompanying message. The National Assembly, the upper house of the Federal Parliament, endorsed the bill earlier today.

With approval from both houses of Parliament, the bill will be implemented once it receives authentication from the President. The next HoR meeting is scheduled for 11:00 AM on July 8.
