Bindhyabasini Hydropower Development Company Proposes 5.026% Dividend for FY 2078/79; Calls AGM on 22nd Poush

Bindhyabasini Hydropower Development Company Limited (BHDC) has called its 6th AGM on 22nd Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in the company's head office located at Naya Baneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 10 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
4) Endorse the 0.02632% cash dividend and 5% bonus shares from its paid-up capital.
5) Elect 2 directors from the public shareholding group to be represented in the Board of Directors.
6) Amendment of Articles of Association.
7) Misc.

Poush 13 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
