Bonus Shares of CEDB Hydropower And Mailung Khola Jal Vidhyut Company Listed in NEPSE

9,23,351 unit bonus shares of CEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited (CHDC) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company convened its AGM on the 31st of Baishakh, 2081, and endorsed an 11.5789% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The Board of Directors meeting on Baishakh 10 decided to distribute an 11% bonus shares amounting to 9,23,351 units, and a 0.5789% cash dividend worth Rs. 48.59 lakhs (including tax). The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

As of writing, CHDC has an LTP of Rs. 1,822.80.

Similarly, 81,768.24 unit bonus shares of Mailung Khola Jal Vidhyut Company Limited (MKJC) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company convened its 10th AGM on 29th Chaitra, 2080, and endorsed a 2.336% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The Board of Directors meeting decided to distribute 2.22% bonus shares and 0.116% cash dividend (including tax). The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
