Bonus Shares of Chilime Hydro Power Listed In NEPSE

72,58,180 unit bonus shares of Chilime Hydro Power Company Limited (CHCL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 27th AGM on Poush 20, 2080, and endorsed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 72.58 Crores and a 5% cash dividend (tax purposes) worth Rs. 36.29 Crores were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 7.25 Arba.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
CHCL closed at Rs. 485.50 yesterday.
