Bonus Shares of CYC Nepal Laghubitta and Sanima Bank Now Listed in NEPSE

3,64,925.51 unit bonus shares of CYC Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CYCL) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company convened its 4th AGM for the FY 2078/79 on Poush 30, 2079. The company endorsed a 31.58% dividend worth Rs. 3.84 Crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 7 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 12.16 Crores. 30% bonus shares worth Rs 3.64 Crores and 1.58% cash dividend (tax purposes) worth Rs 19.20 Lakh were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

CYCL closed at Rs. 1,632.00 yesterday.

1,13,27,377.33 unit bonus shares of Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company convened its 18th AGM on 3^rd Poush, 2079. The AGM endorsed a 0.98% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 4 decided to distribute 0.98% cash dividend and 10% bonus shares from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 11.32 Arba. Thus, the cash dividend was worth Rs. 11.10 Crores and bonus shares were worth Rs. 1.13 Arba. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

SANIMA closed at Rs. 240.8 yesterday.
