Bonus Shares of Garima Bikas Bank and Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Listed in NEPSE

59,68,135.55 unit bonus shares of Garima Bikas Bank Limited (GBBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The bank convened its 16th AGM on Poush 22 and endorsed a 14.5% dividend worth Rs. 66.56 Crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The board of directors meeting on Kartik 24, 2079 decided to distribute a 14.5% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.59 Arba. 13% bonus shares worth Rs. 59.68 crores and 1.50% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 6.88 Crores were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, GBBL has an LTP of Rs. 361.
Similarly, 13,83,676 unit bonus shares of Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited (AHPC) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company endorsed an 8.421% dividend worth Rs. 21.11 Crores from its 25th AGM held on 27th Magh for the fiscal year 2078/79. The board of directors meeting on Mangsir 16 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.72 Arba. 8% bonus shares worth Rs. 13,83,67,600 and 0.421% cash dividend (tax purposes) worth Rs. 72,81,595 were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, AHPC has an LTP of Rs. 292.
