Bonus Shares of IME General Insurance and Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company Listed in NEPSE

8,10,310.20 unit bonus shares of IME General Insurance Limited (IGI) have been listed in NEPSE.

The 24th AGM of the company held on 9th Baisakh, 2079 endorsed a 7.37% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.The 112th meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 05 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1,15,75,86,000. 7% bonus shares and 0.37% cash dividend were proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 8,10,31,020 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 42,64,790.53. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

Chaitra 25 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.

Similarly, 1,49,60,000 unit bonus shares of Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company Limited (HIDCL) have been listed in NEPSE.

The 10th AGM of the company held on 22nd Poush, 2078 endorsed a 8.421% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.The 248th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 15 decided to distribute 8% bonus shares and 0.421% cash dividend from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 18.7 Arba. Thus, the bonus shares are worth slightly over Rs. 1.49 Arba and cash dividend is worth Rs 7.87 crores. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
