Bonus Shares of Kalika Power and Additional Shares of Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Listed in NEPSE

7,93,500 unit bonus shares of Kalika Power Company Limited (KPCL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its AGM on 28th Poush, 2080, and endorsed a 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 10% bonus shares worth Rs 7.93 crores and 0.5263% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 41.76 lakhs were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
KPCL closed at Rs. 423.00.
Similarly, 68,42,100 unit additional shares of Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited (RHPL) have been listed in NEPSE.
Earlier, the company had issued 6,842,100 units worth Rs. 68.42 crores to the project-affected locals of the Rasuwa district (Gosainkunda and Aama Chhodingmo VDCs) from Ashadh 13, 2079 to 31st Shrawan, 2079.
The same additional shares are now listed in NEPSE. RHPL closed at Rs. 272.00.
