Bonus Shares of National Laghubitta and Mountain Energy Nepal Listed in NEPSE

8,13,154.664 unit bonus shares of National Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 10th AGM on 16th Chaitra, 2080, and endorsed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The 163rd board of directors meeting on Magh 22 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.08 Arba. 7.5% bonus shares and 7.5% cash dividend (tax purposes) were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, NMFBS has an LTP of Rs. 1,370.
Similarly, 29,52,040.5 unit bonus shares of Mountain Energy Nepal Limited (MEN) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 10th AGM on 13th Chaitra and endorsed a 15.7895% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The 106th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 22 proposed a 15.7895% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 15% bonus shares and 0.7895% cash dividends (for tax purposes) were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
