Bonus Shares of National Life Insurance Company and Global IME Bank Listed in NEPSE

60,52,737.23 units of bonus shares of National Life Insurance Company Ltd. (NLICL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The 34th AGM of the company held on 18th Mangsir, 2079 endorsed a 15.789% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 47th board of directors meeting on Kartik 16 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.03 Arba. 15% bonus shares and 0.789% cash dividend were proposed. Thus, the bonus shares were worth Rs. 60.52 Crores, and the cash dividend was worth Rs. 3.18 Crores. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, NLICL has an LTP of Rs. 625.
Similarly, 71,38,726 units of bonus shares of Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) have also been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 16th AGM for the FY 2078/79 on 23rd Mangsir, 2079. The bank proposed a 10.6% cash dividend and a 3% bonus shares from the paid-up capital of Rs. 23.79 Arba. Thus, the cash dividend worth Rs. 2.52 Arba and bonus shares worth Rs. 79.38 crores were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
