Bonus Shares of NHDL and RLFL Now Listed in NEPSE

2,09,300 unit bonus shares of Nepal Hydro Developers Limited (NHDL) have been listed in NEPSE.

The 15th AGM of the company held on Poush 28 endorsed a 7.3684% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 69th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 01 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 29.9 crores. 7% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs 2.09 crores and 0.3684% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 11.01 lakhs have been proposed.

The same bonus shares are now listed. Poush 13 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout. As of writing, NHDL has an LTP of Rs. 482.50.

Similarly, 13,73,486.50 unit bonus shares of Reliance Finance Limited (RLFL) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company proposed a 15.79% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 02 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 91,56,57,669. 15% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs 13.73 crores and 0.79% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 72.28 lakhs were proposed.

The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. As of writing, RLFL has an LTP of Rs. 406.
