Bonus Shares of NICL, SHIVM And SHINE Listed In NEPSE for Trading

14,94,766 unit bonus shares of Nepal Insurance Company Limited (NICL) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company convened its 75th AGM on Poush 13, 2080, and endorsed a 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 10% bonus shares and a 0.5263% cash dividend (tax purposes) were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.49 Arba.

The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

NICL closed at Rs. 827.00.

Similarly, 62,70,000 unit bonus shares of Shivm Cements Limited (SHIVM) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company convened its 8th AGM on 27th Poush, 2080, and endorsed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 14.25% bonus shares and a 0.75% cash dividend (including tax) were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.40 Arba.

The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

SHIVM closed at Rs. 463.90.

And, 44,98,077.37 unit bonus shares of Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SHINE) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company convened its 15th AGM on 23rd Mangsir, 2080, and endorsed an 11.05% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 10.5% bonus shares and a 0.55% cash dividend (including tax) were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.28 Arba.

The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

SHINE closed at Rs. 370.00.
