Bonus Shares of NLG, LLBS, ILBS and SABSL Listed in NEPSE

13,26,614.36 unit bonus shares of NLG Insurance Company Limited (NLG) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 17th AGM on 20th Chaitra and endorsed a 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 382nd meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 16 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1,32,66,14,355. 10% bonus shares worth a little over Rs. 13.26 crores and 0.5263% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 69.28 lakhs were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
The company's trading price as of the last trading day is Rs. 645.
Similarly, 5,76,081 unit bonus shares of Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (LLBS) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 11th AGM on Falgun 29 and endorsed a 20% dividend worth Rs. 7.68 crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The board of directors meeting on Magh 04 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 38.40 crores. 15% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend (tax purposes) were proposed. Thus, the bonus shares were a little over Rs. 5.76 crores and the cash dividend was worth a little over Rs. 1.92 crores. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
LLBS's trading price as of the last trading day is Rs. 700.70.
Likewise, 8,29,026.56 unit bonus shares of Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ILBS) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company endorsed a 20% bonus share for the fiscal year 2078/79 through its 6th AGM on 13th Falgun. The meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 30 decided to distribute 20% bonus shares worth Rs. 8,29,02,656.95 from its paid-up capital. The current paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 41.45 crores. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
ILBS closed at Rs. 582 last week.
4,86,000 unit bonus shares of Sabaiko Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SABSL) have also been listed in NEPSE.
The microfinance company convened its 6th AGM on 26th Falgun and endorse an 18.95% dividend worth Rs. 5.11 Crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The board of directors meeting held on Magh 11 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 27 Crores. 18% bonus shares worth Rs. Rs. 4.86 crores and 0.95% cash dividend (tax purposes) worth Rs. 25.57 lakhs were been proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
The LTP of SABSL as of last week is Rs. 624.
