Bonus Shares of NLO and JBBL Listed in NEPSE

90,053 units bonus shares of Nepal Lube Oil Limited (NLO) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company had distributed 30% bonus shares and 5% cash dividends for the fiscal year 2077/2078. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
Similarly, 42,29,305.06 units bonus shares of Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited (JBBL) have also been listed in NEPSE.
The 14th AGM of the company held on 23rd Poush, 2078, endorsed a 15.5% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 406th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 09 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 3,84,48,22,781. 11% bonus shares worth Rs. 42.29 crores and 4.5% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth slightly over Rs. 17.3 crores were proposed.
The same bonus shares are now listed.
