Bonus Shares of NMFBS and RURU Now Listed in NEPSE

16,60,868.40 unit bonus shares of National Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 11th AGM on 24th Mangsir, 2081, and endorsed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The 179th board of directors meeting on Kartik 8 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.16 Arba. 14.25% bonus shares and 0.75% cash dividend (tax purposes) were proposed. The same shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, NMFBS has an LTP of Rs. 1,310.
Similarly, 7,39,985.48 unit bonus shares of Ru Ru Jalbidhyut Pariyojana Limited (RURU) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company proposed a 15% bonus shares and 0.789% cash dividend (including tax) for the fiscal year 2080/81 from the paid-up capital of Rs. 49.33 Crores. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
RURU closed at Rs. 734.10 today.
