Bonus Shares of PMLI And BGWT Now Listed in NEPSE

42,96,000 unit bonus shares of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Company Limited (PMLI) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 7th AGM on 23rd Ashwin, 2081, and endorsed a 10.526% dividend of FY 2079/80 for shareholders. The 16th Board of Directors meeting on Bhadra 7 has decided to distribute a 10% bonus share and a 0.526% cash dividend (including tax) was proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, PMLI has an LTP of Rs. 546.30.
Similarly, 2,28,826 unit bonus shares of Bhagawati Hydropower Development Company Limited (BGWT) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 24th AGM on 16th Ashwin, 2081, and endorsed 4% bonus shares and 10.7368% cash dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 57.20 Crores. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
BGWT closed at Rs. 969.00.
