Bonus Shares of Pokhara Finance, Union Life Insurance Company and Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Listed in NEPSE

4,16,367.92 unit bonus shares of Pokhara Finance Limited (PFL) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company convened its 26th AGM on 30th Poush and endorsed a dividend of 4.21% for FY 2078/79. The 512th meeting of the Board of Directors decided to distribute a dividend of 4.21% on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.04 Arba. A 4% bonus dividend worth Rs. 4.16 Crores and a 0.21% Cash Dividend (tax purpose) worth Rs. 21.85 Lakhs were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

PFL closed at Rs. 378.50 yesterday.

Similarly, 19,28,550 unit bonus shares of Union Life Insurance Company Limited (ULI) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company convened its 5th AGM for the fiscal year 2077/78 on 26th Magh, 2079. The meeting endorsed 8.97% bonus shares worth Rs. 19,28,55,000 for the fiscal year 2077/78 from the company's paid-up capital of Rs. 2.15 Arba. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

ULI closed at Rs. 402 yesterday.

Likewise, 16,04,353.31 unit bonus shares of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited (MLBL) have also been listed in NEPSE.

The bank convened its 21st AGM for the FY 2078/79 on Poush 29, 2079. The company endorsed a 10.47% dividend for FY 2078/79. A cash dividend of 6.47% and bonus shares of 4% were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.01 Arba. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

MLBL closed at Rs. 330 yesterday.
