Bonus Shares of Radhi Bidyut Company and Himalayan Bank Now Listed in NEPSE

7,59,990.842 unit bonus shares of Radhi Bidyut Company Limited (RADHI) have been listed in NEPSE.

The AGM of the company held on Poush 28, 2079 endorsed a 5% dividend for FY 2078/79. The company's meeting of the board held on 5th Poush 2079 proposed a 5% dividend from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 1.59 Arba. 4.75% bonus shares and 0.25% cash dividend (including tax) were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

RADHI closed at Rs. 262.10 yesterday.

Similarly, 1,03,74,980.58 unit bonus shares of Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) have been listed in NEPSE.

The 30th AGM of the company held on Poush 28, 2079 endorsed a 19.11% dividend for FY 2078/79. The 427th board of directors meeting on Poush 05 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital. 11.11% bonus shares and 8% cash dividends were proposed.

The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. HBL has an LTP of Rs. 285.

The acquisition between Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) and Civil Bank Limited (CBL) has been completed, and the joint operation will begin from Falgun 12 under the name "Himalayan Bank Limited." The company had signed a merger deal at a swap ratio of 100: 80.28.
