Bonus Shares of Radhi Bidyut Company Listed In NEPSE

7,96,090.41 unit bonus shares of Radhi Bidyut Company Limited (RADHI) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 27th AGM on Poush 29, 2080, and endorsed a 5% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 4.75% bonus shares and 0.25% cash dividend (tax purposes) were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.67 Arba.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
RADHI closed at Rs. 247.80 yesterday.
