Bonus Shares of Samata Gharelu Laghubitta and Mahuli Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE

5,14,116.29 unit bonus shares of Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) have been listed in NEPSE.

The AGM convened its 9th AGM on 11th Chaitra and endorsed an 18% dividend worth Rs. 6.16 Crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 138th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 20 decided to distribute 15% bonus shares worth Rs. 5.14 crore and a 3% cash dividend worth Rs 1.02 crore were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 34.27 Crores. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

SMATA closed at Rs. 726 today.

Similarly, 4,02,091.452 unit bonus shares of Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSLB) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company convened its 10th AGM on 9th Baisakh and endorsed a 15% dividend worth Rs. 4.23 Crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 28.21 Crores. 14.25% bonus shares and 0.75% cash dividend (tax purposes) were proposed. Thus, the bonus shares were worth Rs. 4.02 crores and the cash dividend was worth Rs. 21.16 lakhs.
