Bonus Shares of Samudayik Laghubitta and Prabhu Life Insurance Listed in NEPSE

1,32,000 units of bonus shares of Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBSL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company called its 9th AGM on 22nd Ashad, 2080 endorsed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 13.20 Crores. 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.32 crores and 5% cash dividend worth Rs. 66 lakhs were proposed.

19,60,000 units of bonus shares of Prabhu Life Insurance Limited (PLI) have been listed in NEPSE.
The insurance company endorsed 9.8% bonus shares worth Rs. 19.60 crores and 0.5158% cash dividend worth Rs. 1.03 crores on the paid-up capital of Rs. 2 Arba. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, PLI has an LTP of Rs. 587.
