Bonus Shares of SHINE, NIFRA, and CBL Now Listed in NEPSE

37,25,451.0525 units bonus shares of Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SHINE) have been listed in NEPSE.

The 13th AGM of the company held on 29th Mangsir, 2078 endorsed an 11.5% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78: 10.93% bonus shares and 0.57% cash dividend (for tax purposes). The paid-up capital of the company during dividend distribution was Rs. 3.40 Arba. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 37.25 and cash dividend is worth Rs 1.96 crore.

The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. As of writing, SHINE has an LTP of Rs. 413.

1,60,00,000 units bonus shares of Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) have also been listed in NEPSE.

The 3rd AGM of the company held on 29th Mangsir, 2078 endorsed an 8% bonus share worth Rs. 1.60 Arba and cash dividend for tax purposes worth slightly over Rs. 8.42 crores for the fiscal year 2077/78. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. As of writing, SHINE has an LTP of Rs. 369.

Similarly, 43,21,830.42 units bonus shares of Civil Bank Limited (CBL) have been in NEPSE.

Civil Bank convened its 11th AGM for the FY 2077-78 on Poush 30, 2078. Apart from the regular financial reports, the AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 5% bonus shares and 0.26% cash dividend.

The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. As of writing, CBL has an LTP of Rs. 244.90.
