Bonus Shares of SLICL, CCBL, and PIC Now Listed in NEPSE

28,73,876 units bonus shares of Surya Life Insurance Company Limited (SLICL) have been listed in NEPSE.

The 13th AGM of the company held on Poush 19 endorsed a 13.3684% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The 301st meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 13 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 2.26 Arba. 12.7% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs. 28.73 crores and 0.6684% cash dividend worth Rs. 1..51 crores have been proposed.

The same bonus shares are now listed. Poush 09 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.

As of writing, SLICL has an LTP of Rs. 647.

51,94,796.9639 units bonus shares of Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) have also been listed in NEPSE.

Century Commercial Bank convened its 11th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Rajesh Kumar Shrestha on Poush 30, 2078. Apart from the regular financial reports, the AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 5.75% bonus shares worth Rs 51.94 crore and 0.30% cash dividend worth Rs 2.73 crore to its shareholders.

The same bonus shares are now listed. As of writing, CCBL has an LTP of Rs. 222.

15,31,248 units bonus shares of Premier Insurance Company Limited (PIC) have been listed in NEPSE.

Premier Insurance convened its 28th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Suresh Lal Shrestha on Magh 21, 2078. Apart from regular financial reports, the AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 14.25% bonus shares and 0.75% cash dividends for taxation purposes.

The same bonus shares are now listed. As of writing, PIC has an LTP of Rs. 850.
