Bonus shares of Sunrise Bank and Muktinath Bikas Bank listed on NEPSE; more than 14 Million units made tradeable

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published notice regarding listing of bonus shares of Sunrise Bank Limited (SRBL) and Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL).

As per the notice, 8,152,555.85 Units Bonus Shares of Sunrise Bank Limited (SRBL) has been listed on the stock exchange. The commercial bank had issued 10% bonus shares out of the profits of FY 75/76 for the shareholders.

Similarly, 6,472,773.38 Units Bonus Shares of Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL) has been listed on the stock exchange. The development bank had issued 17.60% bonus shares out of the profits of FY 75/76 for the shareholders.

A total of 14,325,329.23 units have been made tradeable on the secondary market.
