Bonus Shares of Support Laghubitta and Neco Insurance Now Listed in NEPSE

1,98,000 units bonus shares of Support Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMB) have been listed in NEPSE.

The 7th AGM of the company held on 10th Poush, 2078 endorsed a 31.5789% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 168th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 05 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 6.60 crores. From the paid-up capital, 30% bonus shares worth over Rs 1.98 crores and 1.5789% cash dividend (including tax) worth over Rs 10.42 lakhs were proposed.

The same cash dividend is now listed in NEPSE. Poush 01 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.

As of writing, SMB has an LTP of Rs. 1,479.80.

Similarly, 22,82,450.61 units bonus shares of Neco Insurance Company Limited (NIL) have also been listed in NEPSE.

The 26th AGM of the company held on 9th Chaitra endorsed a 15.79% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 417th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 03 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.52 Arba. From the paid-up capital, 15% bonus shares worth over Rs. 22.82 crores and 0.79% cash dividend (including tax) worth over Rs. 1.2 crores were proposed.

The same bonus shares are now listed. As of writing, NIL has an LTP of Rs. 740.
