Bonus shares of Swarojgar Laghubitta and Pokhara Finance listed on NEPSE; total of 1.32 Million units made tradeable

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published notice regarding listing of bonus shares of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) and Pokhara Finance Limited (PFL).

As per the notice, 720,999.07 Units Bonus Shares of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) has been listed on the stock exchange. The microfinance company had issued 26.75% bonus shares out of profits of FY 75/76.

Similarly, 600,090.83 Units Bonus Shares of Pokhara Finance Limited (PFL) has been listed on the stock exchange. The company had issued 7% bonus shares and 7.20% cash dividend out of profits of FY 75/76.

A total of 1,321,089.90 units of shares have been made tradeable.
