Bonus Shares of These Commercial Banks Are Now Listed in NEPSE

2,19,79,859.6045 units bonus shares of Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) have been listed in NEPSE.

The 15th AGM of the company held on 29th Poush, 2078 endorsed a 21.0526% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 1 decided to distribute 20% bonus shares and 1.0526% cash dividend (for tax purposes). The company also decided to distribute a 6% cash dividend for Irredeemable Non-cumulative Preference Share.

The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. Poush 16 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout. After dividend adjustment, the paid-up capital of ADBL is now Rs. 13,187,915,200.

1,56,21,276.36 units bonus shares of Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) have also been listed in NEPSE.

Siddhartha Bank convened its 20th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Manoj Kumar Kedia on Poush 30, 2078. Apart from the regular financial reports, the AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 14.25% bonus shares worth Rs 1.56 Arba and 0.75% cash dividend worth Rs 8.22 crore for taxation purposes.

The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. After dividend adjustment, the paid-up capital of SBL is now Rs. 12,524,427,200.

Similarly, 2,57,32,859.04 units bonus shares of Prime Commercial Bank Limited (PCBL) have been listed in NEPSE.

Prime Commercial Bank convened its 14th AGM under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Rajendra Das Shrestha on Poush 6, 2078. The AGM endorsed the decision to provide 16% bonus shares worth Rs 257.32 crore and 0.6313% cash dividend to its shareholders.

The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. After dividend adjustment, the paid-up capital of PCBL is now Rs. 18,656,323,200.
